Straight answers

Is a used drone actually safe to buy?

Every aircraft we list is bench-checked and then flown before it goes up: motors, ESCs, gimbal, camera, GPS lock, return-to-home, and a full battery health read. Anything that fails gets parted out instead of listed. Its condition is guaranteed to match the listing — if it shows up not as described, we make it right.

How much do you actually save versus buying new?

Typically 30–60% off new retail, depending on the model and how recently it was superseded. We watch 38 marketplaces for live comparables, so the price you see is benchmarked against what the same aircraft is selling for elsewhere today — not against a list price nobody pays.

What does the price-match guarantee cover?

Find the same model in comparable condition listed cheaper by a legitimate seller and we beat that price by up to $200. Call or text us the listing before you order and we will sort it on the spot.

What does the condition guarantee cover?

Every unit is graded honestly and its condition is guaranteed to match the listing. If a drone arrives in worse shape than described, contact us and we will make it right. Parts and as-is units are clearly marked and sold as-is.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order. In-stock aircraft leave the hangar and arrive in about 5 business days; by-order units run about 10. Local pickup is available by appointment.

Do I need an FAA license to fly what you sell?

Flying strictly for fun, you register the aircraft and take the free TRUST test. Flying for any business purpose — mapping a field, inspecting a roof, shooting a listing — you need a Part 107 certificate. Spray aircraft additionally need a Part 137 operating certificate. Happy to walk you through which one applies.

Which drone should I buy for spraying or scouting a farm?

For scouting and mapping acreage, a mid-range mapping aircraft covers a lot of ground cheaply. For actual spraying, the Agras-class rigs are the tool — and our sister crew Factor Drones handles spraying jobs start to finish if you would rather hire it done. The Drone Finder quiz narrows it down in about a minute.
